The St. Francis Animal Shelter provides a temporary home for lost and found pets. If you find a lost pet, please call the shelter at 684-1738, or contact the City of Buffalo Police Department at 684-5581.

We locate owners or arrange adoption for pets. We provide the best care for all pets in the shelter. You can also contact us if you lose a pet.

Hours of Operation: Our shelter is strictly operated by volunteers. We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and 8:00 AM to 12 Noon on Saturdays. The shelter is closed on Sundays.
